Tasks/responsibilities:
- Analyze the functional requirements of the software systems, processes, and procedures
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
- Design and document system processes and workflows
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Perform analysis of existing systems to identify areas for improvement
- Test system performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Develop test plans, scripts, and procedures
- Provide user training and technical support
Mandatory skills and experiences:
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- 2+ years of experience with analysis in software development
- Experience working with software systems and databases
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Experience with programming languages or database systems is a plus
- Proficiency in English
