Requirements and Skills:
- Min. 2+years of experience in similar area
- Experience with IT standards, methods and tools such as agile,devops, problem solving techniques
- Understand IS fundamentals
- Knowledge of microservices and its architecture
- Awareness of functional and technical architecture rules
- Awareness of quality and security standards
- Ability to translate IT & technical language into business rationale
- Fluent Czech and English languages
- Analytical and logical thinking, organizational skills enabling to work in a complex environment

Mission:
- Management of insurance release process
Responsibilities:
- Definition of insurance companies core system release plan
- Responsibility of release plan fulfillment
- Change management of the release plan
- Continuous improvement of the release process
- Involvement in Projects and their succcessfull completion
Main activities:
- Implementing and managing release processes of software.
- Plan the release windows and cycles across a portfolio.
- Negotiates, plans and manages all release activities.
- Working collaboratively with all participants in software development projects such as testing, development, devops, business stakeholders.
- Coordinate release content in cooperation with the demand management function based on the backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates.
- Communicate release notes – scope and plan to all interested parties.
- Deals with release package acceptance including business sign off.
- Manages deployment of software to production.
- Drive change management process and attend CAB
- Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
- Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time.
- Manage all aspects of the end to end release process
