Field of aktivity:
- Our Operational teams are responsible for monitoring, deployments, infrastructure administration and customer service/incident management of Energy Production critical applications, namely Intraday Power, Commodity Futures and OTC cleared derivatives; most of which are tradable 24/7, 365 days a year. Your regular responsibilities mainly involve living scrum/agile processes with multiple Agile Operational teams on daily basis – balancing carefully agile/scrum methodological recommendations with operational needs.
- Your long-term initiatives will focus on cooperation with Product owners, Scrum masters and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and thrive of our agile methodologies and processes.
Tasks/responsibilities:
- Provide Agile leadership to our distributed Operational teams.
- Maintain and foster an environment that enables teams to embrace agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver value through improved product development processes.
- Work closely with the Product Owner and Operational teams on continuous improvement of processes according to the team and stakeholders needs.
- Monitor progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Live day to day life with the team to feel teams dynamics and moderate eventual tensions coming from customers
Minimum Qualifications/required skills
- University degree in Information Technology or
- 3+ years’ prior experience of scrum master
- Passion for Agile, Strong understating of Agile working models
- Internal
- Comprehensive knowledge of agile principles and practices
- Be able to take responsibility and deliver results autonomously, sometimes under time pressure
- Hands-on experience in software development and people management.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willingness to learn and understand product technical specifics.
- Continuous agile process methodology improvements suggestions
Additionally Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework or other agile frameworks.
- May help for the job:
- Understanding and/or experience with DevOps
- Awareness About Continuous Integration (e.g. Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis).
- Experience with high criticality 24/7 environments
