- The Testing Assistant assists in defining and creating test cases from functional specifications. In addition support for all tasks within the testing area are provided.
Project:
- CORE – Core Operating & Regulatory Enablement
- The CORE project is a major transformation initiative impacting post‑trade services and client operating models. The program introduces changes to processes, systems, and external interactions that require structured end‑to‑end validation prior to activation.
- Within CORE, the Client Testing stream ensures that internal teams, clients, and external counterparties can validate new or changed processes, connectivity, and operational scenarios ahead of go‑live.
- To reinforce this activity, we are seeking an external Client Testing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and coordination of client and external testing activities within the program.
Task and responsibilities:
- The external service provider will support the Client Testing team in the following areas:
- Coordinate client and external testing activities across multiple markets, releases, or activation waves.
- Act as a central point of contact for external participants (e.g. clients, service providers, market infrastructures, vendors) during test preparation and execution phases.
- Support the organisation of guided simulations, bilateral and trilateral testing in alignment with end to end testing and migration activities.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of client testing plans, timelines, and test windows aligned with overall project release schedules.
- Assist in defining and validating test scope, scenarios, and entry/exit criteria for client facing testing.
- Coordinate test readiness activities, including environment availability, prerequisites, and participant onboarding.
- Support the preparation, consolidation, and maintenance of client testing documentation, templates, and guidelines.
- Track testing progress, participant status, and execution outcomes.
- Consolidate defects, issues, and observations and ensure structured follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure close alignment with end to end testing, migration, operations, IT, and PMO teams.
- Contribute to testing governance forums and provide regular status updates.
- Identify and escalate risks, constraints, and dependencies impacting client testing delivery

Mandatory skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in test coordination within financial services, ideally in post trade, custody, settlement, or asset servicing environments.
- Hands on experience coordinating external or client testing involving multiple stakeholders and constrained timelines.
- Good understanding of end to end testing approaches within large transformation programs.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work autonomously within a multi stream, multi stakeholder project environment.
Optional skills:
- Experience with CSDs, settlement platforms, or market infrastructure environments.
- Prior involvement in market migrations, regulatory change initiatives, or large scale operating model transformations.
- Familiarity with testing tracking tools, dashboards, or Jira based environments.
- Experience working with external vendors, service providers, or market infrastructures
Deliverables:
- Up‑to‑date client testing plans and coordination artefacts.
- Structured tracking of client participation, execution status, and results.
- Consolidated reporting on testing progress, risks, and issues.
- Support to the successful execution of CORE client testing phases.
