  • The role of the Configuration Manager is a client, delivery and account team facing role and is central to the monitoring, maintenance and management of CMDB data concerned with supporting services. The Configuration Manager is the management resource who has the overall responsibility for tracking, monitoring and reporting upon the structure of an agreed set of services throughout their Lifecycle within the CMDB. The Configuration Manager ensures the structure in the service model is accurate and reflects the real world, such that Incident, Problem and Change can more effectively operate since the Service impact can be swiftly and accurately understood. They are the main resource for identifying process anomalies and exception reporting for the configuration management service.

What will be your position in our team?

  • In your new role, you will participate in a wide range of processes within Client Lifecycle Services.
  • You will be responsible for the handling of client documentation; the maintenance of client data in different systems for different Clearstream entities; providing signature verification as a Service, as well as rogatory commission / historical researches for services mentioned above

What will your working days look like?

  • Monitor, verify and execute incoming internal/external requests (signature verification, account maintenance, documentation validation)
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of the requests and provide feedback to internal / external stakeholders
  • Gathering of data for the creation of various statistics such as Key Data Points / Key Performance Indicators
  • Provide regular status on achievements to Governance Hub
  • Collection and storage of customer documentation
  • Research activities

  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience with SAP systems (ERP, CRM, S4, Fiori), account maintenance and archiving tools is an advantage
  • German as a language - is a plus but not a must
