- We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can own development and testing of integrations with Workday and thrive in a highly collaborative environment. This individual would work with a team of engineers, application support, product, business partners, and administrators to efficiently maintain and enhance our existing Workday ecosystem.
Primary Job Duties:
- 4+ years of integration development experience in Workday (HCM and FINS), using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder
- Strong desire to grow your skillset
- Proficiency with integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Adaptability in learning new technologies and roles to meet the needs of a team
- Willingness to wear multiple hats in an agile team environment
- Track record of integrity and ethics
- Ability to deliver quality software with a focus on automation
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Workday Pro Studio certification or equivalent - preference will be given to those with Workday Pro Extend certifcation
- Familiarity with BIRT, Workday RaaS, Prism, Workday Extend, Workato
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with other programming technologies including Java (Spring) and Javascript (Node.js, Vue.js)
- Knowledge of cloud services and container technologies including AWS and Docker
- Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to consult, perform process mapping, collect customer requirements and deliver the agreed upon solution
- Experience working closely with a managed service provider and Workday
Education & Years of Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
Preferred:
- Understanding of SLDC
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
