- Database knowledge (must be able to query database, joins, aggregation)
- Credit risk knowledge ideal, but not a must (exposures/sanctioning/limits)
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering
- Basic understanding how backend / frontend UI works
Knowledge:
- Desired Credit Risk Experience
- Grading, Limit Management & Calculations
- Risk Metrics - Probability of Default, Loss Given Default & Exposure at Default
Experience:
- Experience of preparing and issuing a range of key business analysis deliverables
- Excellent communication skills - including the ability to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way
- Experience of some of the underpinning frameworks and tools for business analysis documentation e.g. UML /
- Exposure to working in medium to large scale change initiatives
- Proven experience of working within Software development lifecycle
- Defining requirements, testing & implementation
- Working in medium to large scale change initiatives
- Working with Agile Methodologies & tools E.g. Jira & Confluence
- Experience of working and analyzing SQL Queries and data models using SQL based tools
- Experience of Data Analysis
- Manipulation, Accuracy, Consistency and Reconciliation
Support Required:
- Occasional weekend / emergency support required to ensure structure and content of work are acceptable
- Support required for stakeholder management relating to important decisions
